Terms & Conditions

These terms govern membership of and participation in Nature Guardians Foundation (CC64560). By joining, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Membership

• Membership begins once your application is approved and your fee has been received.
• Membership is valid for 12 months from your join date and is renewed manually each year.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and support the Foundation's charitable programmes.
• We will remind you before your membership expires. A 14-day grace period applies after expiry, during which you can still sign in and renew; some member benefits may prompt you to renew.

Family & organisation memberships

Family and organisation memberships cover multiple sub-members, each with their own member number. The primary account holder is responsible for their sub-members, including registration, payment and consents. Children under 14 are managed entirely by their parent or guardian.

Activities

• Some activities are free for members; others charge a fee set per activity, and some are members-only.
• Places may be limited; where an activity is full you may join a waitlist, with members given priority.
• Please check in on the day so we can record attendance and award points.
• Members and guardians are responsible for following activity safety instructions.

Payments & donations

Membership fees and donations are made by bank transfer using the reference we provide. Donation receipts are issued once funds are received. Welcome packs are collected at activities (not posted).

Conduct

We ask all members and participants to act respectfully and safely, and to follow the reasonable instructions of our team and volunteers at activities. We may suspend or cancel a membership for conduct that endangers others or breaches these terms.

Changes
